At eRealGames, we try our very best to ensure the quality of our product. eRealGames guarantees that every product will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship when used within sixty (60) days of purchase. If the product proves defective during the sixty days warranty period, contact eRealGames Technical Support to obtain a Return Authorization Number for an exchange or repair. Our products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged if misused. The eRealGames warranty does not cover abnormal wear and tear or abusive use. This warranty does not apply to products used for any industrial, professional or commercial purpose. This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged by abuse, misuse, modification or tampering or by any other cause not relating to either materials or workmanship. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at our sole discretion.
IN NO EVENT SHALL eRealGames LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT FROM DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION. eRealGames makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to its products or the contents or use of this documentation and all accompanying software, and specifically disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. eRealGames reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
To obtain warranty service, you must:
1. Send an email to [email protected] 2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number from the eRealGames Support Team 3. Mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package, return the product to eRealGames with the postage prepaid and insured. eRealGames will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. 4. Enclose a full return address along with daytime, evening phone numbers and email address 5. Be sure to package the product so that it will not become damaged in shipping. We recommend placing the original box inside another box packed with packaging material. eRealGames, Inc.
will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the product in shipment.
