SHIPPING
We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days. We ship most items UPS Ground. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR COMPLETE STREET ADDRESS since UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the product in its original condition within two weeks of shipping for an exchange or refund (minus the shipping charges). After 14 days, within 60 days of the shipping you may return the product for an exchange only. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from the eRealGames support team through [email protected] prior to returning the item. All return items must have an RMA number issued by us authorizing the return. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid.
Non-Delivered Orders:
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged with the shipping cost.
NOTE: All unauthorized or "freight collect" returns will be refused, and no credit will be issued. |
